"The window in my room did not lock (button to lock it was missing). We were on the ground floor and this was very disturbing.The front desk finally brought a flimsy stick to put in the window area to help the problem. The beds were uncomfortable (especially the pillows). Worst of all, the rooms were not noise proof at all (the people upstairs were constantly walking in their room when it was late and it really bothered us, and you could hear their T.V., and another room's T.V. The wallpaper border was ugly, and the design on it made us nauseus when we looked at it. Our stay was disappointing!"
